Same-day deliveries on weekdays Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, can be arranged for orders placed before 12:00pm for Biloela town. All other destinations will be delivered the following day, but orders for places other than Biloela must be submitted before 12 noon for following day delivery. (Please note) There are no deliveries to places other than Biloela on Saturdays.
For Saturday deliveries, (Biloela only) online orders need to be placed before 9 am to be delivered that same day.
Please note we cannot guarantee exact delivery times, however, every effort will be made if we are provided with prior knowledge.
We do not deliver to farms or rural properties. A delivery point can be negotiated upon by Biloela Florist and the Customer.
We deliver to Biloela town, Thangool, Callide Mine, Callide Power Station, Moura, Theodore, Banana, Monto.
For deliveries further a field, including Queensland, interstate, and International, we can use our affiliation with the Interflora network and our network of florists friends to organize your gift.
If a delivery has been attempted and is unsuccessful and requires a second attempt due to incorrect address supplied, or if the recipient is not home, or if there is no place safe for the courier to leave flowers unattended, an extra redelivery fee will apply to the same value of the original fee. A card will be left at the destination with our details and where the flowers can be collected if the recipient so wishes. The Customer will also be contacted if delivery is unsuccessful. Every attempt will be made to deliver the first time and that the flowers are safe at the destination. Our couriers take great pride in looking after delicate arrangements and delivering them in perfect condition.
